THE ENNEAGRAM FOR TEAMS

Know your pattern. Choose your practice.

Your team keeps having the same argument. One person pushes. One goes quiet. One corrects. The decision stalls and nobody says why.

The Enneagram shows you the pattern underneath. Then we practice a better one.

AT WORK

Your team doesn't have a personality conflict. It has a pattern.

The same meeting keeps happening. The direct one pushes harder. The careful one asks for more data. The agreeable one says yes and means no. Everyone leaves with a different version of the decision.

That is a pattern running on autopilot. It costs you speed, trust, and your best people. A pattern you can see is a pattern you can change.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 1

    See the mix.

Every person takes the iEQ9 and gets a private debrief with me before the session. Then we map every type side by side.

  2. 2

    Name the friction.

Where decisions stall, who goes quiet, who pushes harder, and the pattern behind it.

  3. 3

    Practice the fix.

Small, shared behaviors for feedback, decisions, and trust, repeated until they hold.

Shaun Tinney
ABOUT SHAUN

I've seen what happens after the workshop.

A workshop gives your team new language. Practice decides whether they use it.

I spent seven years inside goodr, where I built Learning & Development from zero. Every person who joined learned their type with me. I coached its leaders on what their patterns do to a room, and I watched which practices held under pressure and which ones faded.

I used it with my own team at The Good, the creative agency I co-founded, and I've taken it to corporate clients and small teams.

I'm a Nine. My pattern is going quiet to keep the peace. It has cost me my peace every single time. I practice speaking sooner.

So I teach the Enneagram the way I use it. See the pattern. Name it out loud. Practice something better until it holds.

QUESTIONS

Before you book.

The iEQ9 Professional from Integrative Enneagram Solutions. 175 questions, about 30 minutes, and a report of more than 40 pages. It covers your type, wings, lines, and subtype, plus how you handle communication, feedback, conflict, and decisions at work.

No. Your full report and your debrief stay between us. The team session works with types and the team map. Each person decides how much of their own story to share.

No. Type is never used to hire, promote, or rate anyone. Your report is yours, and nobody types anybody else.

Pricing covers up to 10. Add people at $350 each, up to 20 in a cohort. Larger groups get a custom proposal. For a quick introduction to any size group, book the Intro Talk.

Both. Team formats are $1,000 less when delivered virtually. Individual and couples sessions are virtual by default. Travel outside Southern California is quoted separately.

If you can see the pattern, you can change it.
